The Criabiz Investor Hub is the platform on which Criabiz runs all of its work. It is how we follow every company, every investor and every round.

Since 2013, Criabiz has been building a market for stakes in technology startups, with rigor, credibility and long-term relationships. All of it was done “off-chain”: in contracts, shareholder meetings and face-to-face conversations. The next step is to bring these same positions to the blockchain, through TKX, and to open, “on-chain”, more ways to buy and sell the asset we most like to invest in.
The rigor stays the same. What changes is the speed at which trust circulates.
Each vertical brings together specialist partners from the sector. The site shows what is already operating and what is being assembled, without treating the two as equal.

Solutions sold to municipalities and states; portfolio companies in the education vertical already serve public school systems. Criabiz Gov is our front for the public sector: a neutral marketplace that curates solutions and connects distributors with public buyers across Brazil.
