Why now
We built trust “off-chain”. Now it will circulate “on-chain”.
Since 2013, Criabiz has been building a market for stakes in technology startups, with rigor, credibility and long-term relationships. All of it was done “off-chain”: in contracts, shareholder meetings and face-to-face conversations. The next step is to bring these same positions to the blockchain, through TKX, and to open, “on-chain”, more ways to buy and sell the asset we most like to invest in.
The rigor stays the same. What changes is the speed at which trust circulates.

Each stake with an identity, a holder and a history, anchored in the contract that originated it. The Criabiz Investor Hub already organizes the data this way.
Organizing holdings
Positions and offers between investors, under declared rules.
Governance
Dedicated committees for listing, new products, and risk and pricing.
Technology partnership
Each party does what it can verify.
Criabiz takes care of data, interface and compliance. The blockchain layer is developed by R2D1 Tecnologia.
